A Living at Home / Block Nurse Program

Foley Area CARE is a home and community based program that provides services to elders to assist them to remain healthy and active members in their community and to live safely with dignity and independence in their own homes. Volunteers provide services such as transportation, homemaking, home modification, friendly visiting/phone calls, help with paper work, and chore services.
